Ola just acquired Foodpanda India to take on UberEATS.

After the launch of Ola Lite app this year, Ola has made another big announcement, it has entered into the business of online food delivery in India in a partnership with the Delivery Hero, the Germany-based online food delivery platform, Foodpanda . Ola, the Bengaluru-based cab service company committed to invest $200 million (Rs 1,282 crore) into the Foodpanda India business. Ola is focussed on diversifying its business. As per the update, Foodpanda currently claims to have 15,000+ restaurant partners in across 100 cities with 800-plus employees in India. This step is being taken by Ola to compete with UberEATS which was launched in May this year. Ola is looking forward to taking the Online food delivery business to a next level. In regards to this partnership, Ola will now acquire the Foodpanda India business in exchange for a percent of Ola's share. WhatsApp to stop support on few platforms after December 31, 2017: Windows 8.0 and BlackBerry OS.

The Facebook-owned messaging app, WhatsApp is going to make some changes by the end of this year. As WhatsApp has now become a part of our daily life so it is very important to know that WhatsApp will stop working on platforms like ‘ BlackBerry  OS ’, ‘ BlackBerry 10 ’, ‘ Windows Phone 8.0 ’ and other older platforms from December 31, 2017. It says on these particular platforms users will not be able to create new accounts, nor re-verify existing accounts once they will end the support. Samsung Galaxy S9 gets a Clone in China.

After huge success of Samsung Galaxy S8, Samsung is going to launch their new flagship phone, Samsung Galaxy S9.
