Nokia 6 (2018), 2nd Generation is now Official with Snapdragon 630, 4GB RAM.


After a bunch of leaks and rumors, HMD Global has finally announced the new Nokia 6, 2nd Generation, 2018 as its first smartphone of this year. It is the next version to the last year's Nokia 6. China's Suning, has already started taking pre-orders for this phone, and its sale will go live starting January 10, 2017. The 32GB Nokia 6 (2018) variant will be available with a price tag of CNY 1,499 (~ Rs.14,600), and its 64GB variant will be available at a price tag of CNY 1,699 (~ Rs.16,600). Both the variants will available in two colors: Black and Silver. It is a unibody metal mobile which is made up of 6000 series aluminum.

Out of the box, it will be having Android 7.1.1 (Nougat), however, the company has promised that it can be upgradable to Android 8.0 (Oreo). A good new change that has been done by the manufacturer is that the fingerprint sensor has been moved to the back of the second-generation Nokia 6. Earlier it has capacitive touch buttons on the front. It is powered with a 3000mAh battery with supports fast charging and it can charge the phone up to 50% in just 30 minutes The smartphone also supports the Dual-Sight technology that allows users to capture simultaneous shots from the rear and front camera sensors at the same time to create a Bothie. So overall it's a nice budget phone.

Jio Launches "Happy New Year 2018" plans.

Reliance Jio, a fresher in telecom domain has already created a stir in the digital ecosystem with its marketing strategies. Now it is all set to rule 2018 with a bang by launching two prepaid monthly plans. Rightly called "Happy New Year Plan". First one is Rs 199 for 28 days.
