OnePlus 5T, 'Lava Red' limited edition launched.


OnePlus is one of the fastest growing Smartphone company in China is yet again launched their new flagship OnePlus 5T "Lava Red" limited edition. This brand is one of the most talked brands for their flagship smartphones in the year 2017. In the month of November 2017, OnePlus launched their first bezel-less display smartphone that is OnePlus 5T. The smartphone was only available in Midnight Black color variant when it was launched.  Then in the month of December 2017, they added a new variant of the same device in form of 'Star Wars Limited Edition' with Star Wars movie theme and white back. After the launch of Star Wars Edition company announced that it's going to be a limited edition, that means it will be available globally but in limited units. Now at the start of the new year, the company has again launched a 'Red Lava' variant of OnePlus 5T which is now exclusively available only in China. As per the reports, the OnePlus 5T Lava Red variant will launch in India on January 26.

With that said the company has also released a teaser for the launch of a new variant of OnePlus 5T. OnePlus has also posted a video on YouTube with the title "OnePlus - what's in the box". In the video random people seems to be touching and holding the device in the white box and guessing what's inside.


As per the reports, the new OnePlus 5T 'Lava Red' variant will have no changes over the existing OnePlus 5T. Now let's go back and check the specification of OnePlus 5T. It is having a 6-inch Full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device is powered with a Snapdragon 835 chipset, and it comes in two storage variants – 6GB RAM model with 64GB storage, and  8GB RAM model with 128GB storage. However OnePlus 5T Lava Red is only available in 8GB RAM variant in China. It has dual rear cameras which are a combination of 16-megapixel sensor and a 20-megapixel secondary sensor. The secondary sensor is mostly for portrait photography and for low-light photography. The front camera is of 16-megapixel with a f/2.0 aperture. The device runs on OxygenOS based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and OnePlus has promised an update to Android 8.0 Oreo by early 2018. It is powered by a 3,300mAh battery and supports OnePlus DashCharge technology and is available exclusively on Amazon India.

You may now recall Apple doing a similar thing by coming out with a Red color variant for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus last year and the same trend if being followed by OnePlus now. So we all are waiting for the 'Lava Red' to be launched in India.

Jio Launches "Happy New Year 2018" plans.

Reliance Jio, a fresher in telecom domain has already created a stir in the digital ecosystem with its marketing strategies.
